Vijay Vijayam respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Vijay Vijayam account:
- 1Send an account deletion request to vijayvijayamofficial@gmail.com
- 2Include the mobile number registered with your Vijay Vijayam account.
- 3Our team may verify your identity before processing the request.
- 4Once verified, your user account and associated personal profile data will be deleted.

What Will Be Deleted
Upon successful account deletion, the following personal account information will be deleted, subject to information that is required to be retained:
- Name
- Registered mobile number
- Email address, if provided
- User profile information
- Account credentials
- Other personal information associated with the user account
What Happens to Submitted Reports
Previously submitted civic grievance reports will not necessarily be deleted when the user account is deleted.
Grievance records may be retained because they are part of the civic grievance and administrative process. This may include:
- Grievance/report details
- Report status and resolution history
- Photographs or documents submitted with the report
- Location information associated with the report
- Records required for administrative, legal, audit, security, or grievance-resolution purposes
Processing Time
Account deletion requests will be reviewed and processed after verification.
Once approved, the user's account and applicable personal profile information will be deleted. Previously submitted grievance records may remain available for administrative and record-keeping purposes.
